"My hotel room was pretty clean and very spacious for our extended stay as we transitioned to a new apartment after moving from a different state. The hotel was mostly clean, except in the hotel room the floor themselves were disgusting and turned ours and our babies feet black. Housekeeping only comes every two weeks, which to me seems like they should come once a week to do a sweep and refresh at least. Staff was hard to catch sometimes, but when you did catch them, they were extremely friendly and helpful. I liked the option to check in & check out on the kiosk for the busier times of the day to help with the congestion of the lobby. Laundry room came in handy, just the app was a pain in the behind sometimes to get it to work, it was also a little pricer than I would’ve liked. Plenty of parking, might not be front row, but for sure enough to accommodate. The weekends get busy, so you do have a longer wait time for the elevator, because there is only one. If you want something DoorDashed or delivered they have to leave it at the front desk, so be prepared to go get it. I like the safety and security of knowing you can’t enter the hotel beyond the lobby without being a registered and checked in guest. I also like that they list every guest in every room, not just the person who made the reservation. I never felt unsafe there. I would stay there again if I needed to stay for an extended amount of time. Short stays I will stay somewhere with a pool!"

"Cute little boutique hotel, newly remodeled.Cabin like rooms, vintage feel, comfortable beds and pillows. Enjoyed the pool lots of shade, good drinks! Access to the river, Very relaxing stay!"

"We enjoyed the Home2Suites in New Braunfels, TX. The room was huge, lots of counter space in the room. Beds were ok, not the most comfortable. Breakfast was great with options to make sandwiches, Texas shaped waffles. Was very pleased with the options. My only complaint was the room service. A note in the room said they would service the room every other day which would include making the beds, new towels, empty garbage. Out of the 4 nights we stayed, no one made the beds, our garbage was not emptied until the night before check out. We did get a few new towels but didn't take away all of the used towels. Overall though. We enjoyed the property."

"This was the best hotel I've stayed in for a long time! We traveled with our adult kids and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We noticed that the hotel was well maintained and the staff was very friendly. The daily housekeeping service was amazing! It was so nice to come back to a clean room each night with the beds made. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town to visit family."
