"TLDR: Great desk clerks, old small rooms. Uncomfortable bed. Breakfast was nothing to write home about.
We needed a place to stay while visiting family for a few days. There were 3 adults sharing one room. The front desk clerk on arrival was super welcoming and friendly. We got one of the rooms with a kitchenette, king bed, and pullout couch. Upon entering our room it didn’t smell super clean but it’s an older hotel so I chalked it up to that. However, we found the room had not been properly clean as there was dog hair all over the bathroom and when my son pulled the couch bed out it was stained with red dye (looked like koolaid) all over. I spoke to the desk clerk (Sommer) and she quickly made a note and switched us to a new room. The second room was MUCH cleaner. The pullout couch mattress looked brand new. The rooms are on the smaller side, so sharing a room with other adults was tricky. We struggled with where to store luggage so it was out of the way. The king bed was a little uncomfortable. It was too firm for me but I can deal with that temporarily, however if the person sharing the bed with you moved at all the whole bed would move. Needless to say we didn’t get great sleep. The breakfast was ok. Nice to have an option and not have to go elsewhere. The morning front desk clerk was just as friendly as the one who checked us in. Personally, I wouldn’t stay here in the future just because there are other options, but for the price it was a pretty good choice."
