"Expedia did not list an age minimum for check-in and after booking the nonrefundable room we called the hotel and they informed us that I could not check in because I was too young and would not allow us to switch the reservation to my friend who was traveling with me and was old enough to check in. They also would not check anyone in after midnight, and we would have arrived fifteen minutes after. It was very difficult to get ahold of either the Hyatt or Expedia to help us resolve our issue. Unfortunately, we were forced to forfeit our reservation and money and find a different hotel for the night after having traveled all day. Needless to say, we did not use Expedia or Hyatt again for the rest of our trip."

"Worst check in experience I have ever had. Lights off in the “lobby”. All the outside doors had duck tape blocking the locks to the point that leaves blew in. The first floor windows only had minimal locks that allowed anyone to break in. The pictures of this hotel do not tell the actual hotel. "

"She place smell dirty. Pool was over crowded and water looked dirty. There was no smell of chlorine in the pool or the hotel. As if they don’t clean the pool at all "

"Winter decorations were over the top. Breakfast was awesome along with the staff. Clean. Only complaint was heater was set at 64 when we walked into the room. It had to be 74 or higher in the room. Had to shut it off to cool the room down. Is the best stocked BW with towels and cups. Thank you. "
