"The room was clean and very spacious. However, the hotel was extremely dated and in need of a great deal of repair. Carpeting on all the stairs was storn up and ragged along the edges. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was..... there. The coffee was some of the better hotel coffee in a lobby that I have ever had."

"My stay was okay for a quick overnight stay. It seems the property needs some TLC. I pulled up to the property not landscaped or mowed, people tailgating and sunbathing in the parking lot. My door was dented which didn't look so good. The room had a certain smell that was covered up with a citrus spray prior to my getting into the room. They did provide a refrigerator, water, snacks and coffee service set up in the room. The AC unit was loud going on and off all night. Not much you can do about...

"The nice, tender spot in Boston Strong’s world is located on the South Shore @ Nantastic Beach. In the center of great waves, IPA’s, stuffies and incredible views. This historic spot never let us down. The high rise of the Bay may wipe away the beach at times but the timeless beauty and comfort of this gem will forever shine like the diamond at Fenway. "The air conditioning in multiple rooms did not work. It would turn on for 10 minutes then give us an error code. The room stayed at 84 degrees all night and we needed to open the hallway door in the morning to let some air in. I made a note to hotel staff when they asked about our stay but they didn’t respond."

"This hotel feels like a slice of paradise nestled on the canal. The rooms are large, well equipped, and situated so that you can park your car and walk to a nearby establishment, nature stroll (10 min walk in wooded area or longer on canal) the room is clean and breakfast is good. I wish I tipped the staff more. The Cape is so expensive and these people work alot to afford all that life requires. So if your fortunate enough to stay and enjoy free parking, water views, breakfast, please please...

"The bedding was very uncomfortable the room had a damp musty smell I mentioned it but could not communicate with housekeeping. The rugs need replacement they smelled we will not be booking with Hampton Inn again"

"Despite all the positive reviews we were not happy by our stay at all. The sheets had stains on them and so did all of the towels. We had to ask for replacements for towels and even one of the two replacements was dirty and had staining. Eerie feeling and not many people stayed there too. Breakfast was just some very old bananas. Wifi did not work in our room at all either. Night stands were also not wiped down and the shower curtain was very much so yellowing and especially dirty at the bottom."
