"I live in Manhattan, NY, and I have traveled on three continents. It does not take a lot to make a hotel great. This was the quietest place I have stayed in ages. Very clean, good breakfast options, and constant coffee- THANK YOU!!! The best feature, however, are the employees from the front desk to the maids to the lady serving breakfast - all great. They made me want to move to Denison because they were so nice."

"Shower was not clean. Jets in jacuzzi tub did not work - this feature was the entire reason I booked this hotel. Very disappointing. Our tv remote did not work. The clerk had to come to our room twice, once to ensure it didnt work - maybe he thought we didnt know how to operate a tv remote? The second time he came back with a new remote which did work, thankfully. The room was not soundproof as advertised. We heard no less than 4 trains during the night, doors slamming, and children and dogs making noise. "

"We booked through Expedia for a last minute trip. Upon getting to the hotel, we were unable to access our room due to the door key pad dying. The personal onsite has to use the master physical key to open the door. He informed us if we left the room we would get locked out and would need to ask for assistance again. Once we finally got in, we noticed there was mold on the curtains hanging over the window unit. I made comment with the associate in the room. After he left, we inspected further and found the curtains had mold all over them, which were right next to the bed. At this point I had no faith in the cleanliness of the rooms and asked for a refund as this was a major health concern for me due to personal reasons. He informed me that Expedia would have to request the refund, which his manager would then approve. Expedia allegedly reached out multiple times with no response therefor denying us our refund. The manager who is the only personal authorized to approve refunds is OOO, which I understand. However, it has been over a week at this point and we have received $100 in Expedia credit, which does absolutely nothing towards the $540 we paid for 2 rooms that were unusable."

"Clean initial impression, but cut short due to major issue (Room 263) We checked into Room 263 (2 queen beds) just before 10:00 PM. Initially, we were satisfied with the visible cleanliness of the room and the excellent customer service at check-in. We put down our things and went out for a few hours, returning just before 2:00 AM to sleep. During the night, my significant other moved to the second queen bed to have a bit more room. When our alarm went off at 6:00 AM, he woke up with large, red, swollen welts across his chest, stomach, back, hips, and buttocks. Suspecting bed bugs from that second mattress, we immediately examined the welts and gathered our things to leave. I slept in the first bed the entire night and did not get any welts, so the issue seems localized to that specific second bed. We checked out early, just before 7:00 AM. Kendrick at the front desk was very kind and professional, handling our early departure well and providing us with the GM's email address to request a full refund. This was our first time staying overnight in Durant, and while the staff was pleasant, waking up with severe welts ruined the experience. I cannot recommend staying here until management thoroughly inspects and treats Room 263."

"The hotel itself and staff were EXCELLENT!!!! super welcoming, helpful, very nice room, and uber clean. However, my only (not even a complaint, but something I wish they would consider is serving breakfast starting at 6:00. We travel a great amount for sports tournaments. We often have to be at venues at 7 o’clock in the morning. Breakfast is a big part of our day so having an earlier breakfast would be extremely extremely beneficial.."

"We stayed one night and it was quite comfortable. The air conditioning was already on at fan maxed out when we got to the room. The toilet was stopped up but could be quickly fixed. One bedside light didn't work which probably made it seem dimly lit in the room. The only charging plugs were in the bathroom although I connected to a powerstrip behind the mini fridge and got a tiny shock on my cheek."
