"Had a terrible experience, when we checked in the TV didn’t work and they came up to try to fix it and couldn’t so that was the first day without the TV, the room was freezing cold at 64° and even when we found a way to turn it off. It was still cold for our entire stay. They promised to send somebody to fix the TV the next day, when we came back to the hotel early evening, nobody had come into the room. There was a rude employee when I asked where the manager was he responded “I don’t know here’s her card! Brittany promised us compensation for the frustration and inconvenience and emailed both the manager and the assistant manager with no response. It’s been a week! Don’t expect any good service at this hotel."
