Staff were really friendly,nice and took care of what was asked of them. Room was clean. However due to the renovations I kept tripping over the carpet that was not installed that was in front of the room that I was sleeping in.

convenient after taking the train from nyc. comfy bed and pillows. worked from what we needed it to but it’s not a typical quality inn. it’s more like a motel

The swimming pool was full of water and filthy, The lobby had a disgusting smell, The stairwell and the second floor hallway had a different disgusting smell, the sheets and bed spread was stained. Members of my group had bed bugs in their room and immediately checked out.. I had a water bug to greet me when I first got in the room.

The hallways had de-humidifyers and smelled like cabbage. One Mattress had mold and a stain with the sheet stuck to it. The staff cleaned the mattress and left the stained bedding..

The hotel hallway has a very strong paint smell, and we found a very large cockroach in our room. By 9:00 a.m., there was no breakfast left at all.

The whole building was run down. I ck in on Saturday that night found a beg bug on my pillow and roaches.. I asked to check out that Sunday morning they and get a refund or adjust the receipt for the time I stay. They refused both because I used Expedia and affirm. Sunday night saw more bugs so slept in my car because ot was late at night didn't want to get on the road. Management swore there is no corporate number for customer only staff. But I found a number online to report the issue. I will never return.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. If you don’t like something about the room they’re polite enough to clean it or give you a better room. Great service!

This was probably one of the worst hotels that I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel smells like the marijuana is coming through the vents. The room I was in was completely filthy. There was looks like to be a dried drink stain all over the wall. There was a sheet underneath the bed that was dirty. There’s people constantly standing outside very sketchy place will never stay again or recommend to anyone

The rooms have “no smoking” but smelled like straight cigarettes. The floor had curious stains. The bet sheets were dirty. The pillows were thin and cheap. The blankets felt like a curtain. Overall nothing of Quality in Quality inn

It was a continental breakfast, so the only thing that is cooked is the do it yourself waffle maker. The bathrooms were clean, but there were missed places. There were strange people walking around that were not affiliated with the hotel.

This hotel is very outdated and needs a major overhaul. It also has a terrible smell in the stairwell and hallway. There are floor board planks missing from in front of some of the room doors. The carpet in the room was filthy and had small pieces of trash in several areas. That let me know the floor wasn't vacuumed. The towels were dirty I'm glad we brought our own towels/washcloths and sheets.The microwave is rusted on the inside. At night there were a lot of people walking to and from the hotel through a side wooded area. It didn't feel real safe.
