"room was quiet and comfortable"

"Staff were not overly eager to help. Minimal interactions. Almost felt like I was an inconvenience New hotel, looks nice Can definitely hear the people above you well… was woken up at around 3am from ppl One room plug in was not finished. Had no plate around it- could be a hazard if you had a young child with you. Breakfast seemed good. I am celiac and there was minimum options for me and high chance of cross contamination but that’s normal for hotel breakfasts so I had a yogurt and apple."

"We were there a short overnight visit / the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean"

"A few issues. Booked on Expedia. Liked a pic of a one bedroom suite and booked that room. When we got there we only had a room with one bed. Talked to the manager who was awesome and he told me not all rooms that you book online with pics are the rooms you actually get. He said he would correct that. He did credit me the cost difference in the rooms. Restaurant service was very slow. Some of the handicap door openers on the south end of the hotel do not work. The card keypad on the east entrance does not work. The doors on the south end do not lock so doors are open all night. None of the buttons on the telephones in the rooms work to call room service etc. There was a small table in a small kitchen area but only one chair. I would have to think if I would rebook at this hotel, but the manager was awesome to work with."

"The pet fee was reasonable, about $25.00. I did not stay for breakfast. Unfortunately I was woken up repeatedly by doors in the hallway opening and closing with a rattle everytime, and a woman’s voice also repeatedly in the hallway until about 1:00 a.m. It seemed the hotel was wide awake by 5:00 a.m. again with the doors banging away. The room was not the least bit soundproof to the hallway. I did tell the front desk in the morning that I was not happy and would not be staying there again. She just looked confused and said she didn’t hear anything and that she had been there all night. So if you’re looking for a good nights sleep before or after a long drive, I sure didn’t get one."

"Room wasn't cleaned properly upon arrival and once we pulled out the sofa bed the mattress was wet for some reason. Not damp but wet "

"Room must clean every day second pillows quality should be improved and carpet should be clean"
