"京都駅行きのバス停がホテルの真ん前にあり、近くにコンビニやレストランも数軒ある便利なところに立地しているホテルです。スタッフも親切ですし、部屋の設備(部屋着を除いてすべてのアメニティと必要な器具が用意されているし、レンジと洗濯機まで完備されています。充電コンセントもたくさんあり非常に便利です。)もとても充実しています。5点満点を付けたいとのろですが、唯一の不満は古びた(少しシミも付いている)ソファーです。スプリングが潰れたのか、座ると凹んでしまい、座り心地はお世辞でも良いとは言えないものです。 おまけ情報ですが、ホテルから徒歩2分のところにある居酒屋くれないはとても美味しいところで、チーズだし巻きは絶品でした。"

"The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. There was a washing machine and kitchenette which was very useful. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is by plenty of bus stops so transportation was never an issue. There’s also several convenience stores and restaurants within a 10 minute walk from the property. The only set back was with luggage delivery. While they accept luggage and will help with delivery, they only do hotel-to-hotel deliveries with a working front desk....

"The room I got was very good for the price. It was perfectly clean and had all the amenities I wanted plus some extras, like they provided detergent for the washing machine. The location is nice (1 block away from a subway station) and the staff are efficient. The only thing I disliked is that they want you to leave your keys with the front desk whenever you leave the hotel, which is strange and could cause problems, but thankfully I avoided any such problems."

"Great host and communication. The house is cozy and it had everything we needed. The air conditioning was great in the Japanese heatwave. In just under 10 minutes, you can walk to some of the nicest streets in Kyoto with temples and cafes. "We stayed in their special Hello Kitty room and it was everything as promised. Super fun to get special merch and a huge plus to have a fridge and a place to sit. It was also located quite great and right by the older town of Kyoto and a short walk from Gion. Only minus though is the short check-in hours and other than that the hotel is not staffed. Everything is also a code and we made the mistake of taking a picture of the wrong one and had to go through quite the hassel with getting it back...
