The room we received was very dusty and not clean. There was no electricity except for specific time at night. No hot water at all in any of the rooms I was told. Safe was broken and unusable. The pool water was muggy and you could barely see a few inch into it. It was unusable.

Le condizioni della struttura sono pessime soprattutto, la stanza era molto sporca e poi non c’è acqua calda e la luce solo di sera. L’unica cosa che si salva è il mangiare che non è male. Ps. Anche la piscina molto sporca e giardini non curati affatto. Sono pienamente consapevole che dove si trova la struttura e un posto complicato sotto molti aspetti, ma non per questo possono mancare i requisiti essenziali visto il prezzo richiesto che è molto caro per una notte.

Für eine Nacht erfüllt das Hotel seinen Zweck

Der Aufenthalt war ok für eine Nacht. Für längeren Aufenthalt wären wir woandershin. Das Bett war nicht wirklich sauber, der Boden sollte mal nass aufgenommen werden. Der Pool hat uns garnicht gereizt, voller Fliegen. Das Essen war ok, Personal freundlich.

wouldn't stay here if there were other options

this could be a reasonable place if the were working source of electricity available. As it is, one neeeds a torch inside the boongalows even during the day, and it is not possible to charhe any device inside. The "solar" power that was available only gives very dim light and doesn't power the sockets. Supposedly there's a diesel generator that should be working from 6pm, but during my stay it was "being repaired". I highly suspect this is a permanent state, or just a lie intended to save on fuel. The food is overpriced and terminally lacks variety. the place is relatively close to kirindy reserve but you still need a car to get there

Nice bungalows. We had number 16 which was close to the generator so had a bit of the hum of that at night. Great for the Kirindy Reserve. Bar staff are a little distracted by each other but overall good. Can get overrun by large groups which means it can go quickly from tranquil to manic but some visitors are just for lunch so evenings are relaxed.

Great Stay

Stayed here for a stopover while visiting the Kirindy Park & and driving to Bekopaka. I must admit I was surprised and it exceeded my expectations. Great food, spacious and clean rooms. They provide electricity during certain times but this is not a problem at all, as you will be out during the day anyways. There are a couple of huge baobab trees nearby, even the Sacred Baobab is within walking distance.

Definitely the best structure we found during our tour of the Western Madagascar. Bungalows are large and very characteristic all made of natural materials; the bed is extremely comfortable and Swimming pool is a plus

Excellent service at check in. Good food in restaurant, comfy room. No hot water for shower and internet iffy in restaurant. Some staff did not speak either english or french. Resort manager goes above and beyond to service guests.
