"I booked room number 5 -newly decorated ,clean room, smell good, staff helpful, we don't drink, and we eat out but I heard the food is very good.I definitely go back ."

"Generally the hotel is good but simple things to fix were annoying, Air conditioning not working! Asked for tissues coffee pods and toilet paper, had to go 3 times to front desk before our room was filled. The room key was a card that stopped working had to go to front desk to get it reprogrammed 4 times."

"The room was very spacious, especially as I had an unplanned injury before attending which resulted in my requiring a wheelchair. Despite the cleaners entering the room every day minus 1 where we chose not to have it cleaned, the room was not cleaned at all. Beds were always remade but that was it. No fresh toilet rolls, towels, water or tea/coffee. Just beds remade. The bar was lacking beer the whole time we were there and the breakfast was not a £15pp worth of food quality or quantity. "A lovely hotel tucked away behind the Royal Mile. I was advised upon arrival that my room had been upgraded, which was a lovely gesture. Room was modern, clean and very large with a huge bathroom. Whilst they don't offer breakfast, a 15% discount voucher for the Cafe downstairs is provided and a connecting door direct to the Cafe. Food was delicious. Lots of restaurants and cafes are located in the same street."

"Away from the main city . Hotel location is quiet silent , lot of green farms behind the hotel.Hotel building is very old but well maintained . Hotel foods are very nice also the staff’s are fantastic and very helpful. They can improve cleaning in parking area and external stairs and inside corridors. Overall it’s a nice place to short stays"
