"A wonderful convenient property to the airport, restaurants and the zoo. The rooms are great the bathroom was our favorite. Wonderful water pressure and clean. Parking is quite difficult, expect to squeeze in and out. Front desk were great, there was one staff member who looked to be a manager. She was rude and condescending. She hovered over the staff with horrible comments and facial expressions, making the staff and customers very uncomfortable. Besides that experience and the parking...

"For this being a 4-star hotel and for the price I paid, it left a lot to be desired. Faux leather furniture had extensive scuff marks. Black mold in the shower area. Found nail clippings on the bedside table. Yellow "gelatinous" gunk inside the mini fridge. Not much of views (I would recommend staying somewhere on Princes Street for spectacular views of the gardes across the street and the Edinburgh Castle).
