Hotel Butik di Kirkland

"NA"

"In the U District, very near the metro station, literally across the street. Room very clean and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Would stay here again."

"Great place"

"There’s no sofa in the room; only a lounge chair and a desk chair. I’ve been staying with my son for two nights. My son sat on the lounge chair, and I used the desk chair. It was very uncomfortable. It was my first time staying in a hotel room without a sofa. Also, there was not a curtains for sleeping at the window. Good thing, you can wake up early."

"Not full handicap parking on site. My full size vehicle was too tall. Was able to find street parking around the corner. I couldn’t shut down the in room HVAC. The heat/ac was off but the fan continued to run all night sounding like running water. Kept waking up from the noise. I couldn’t get the desk lamp to work. For the cost, I didnt expect issues but it was for only one night. It was just close to the venue and wanted to feel safer than other choices."

"This is an old hotel with lots of character. Do not book if you cant use stairs, as there is only one small elevator that is also very old. The restaurant and bar is quaint with limited food options but great ambience. The staff was very friendly and the bed was comfortable."
