The staff was/is super friendly helped us out so much. If you looking for a really reasonable great place to stay that is per friendly and your traveling through or to Prescott this is the place to stay. It's right on the outskirts whiskey row. "

"No breakfast, no coffee, no tea. Elevator had to be with an operator, so you have to wait if you need the elevator. But it’s a beautiful, historic hotel."

"It was difficult to get hot water in the shower in the morning. When I brought this up to staff, they suggest that I turn down the amount of cold water to increase the temperature. Duh! I’m pretty sure I know how to operate the shower. I asked for fresh towels as we left in the morning at 98M. But we got home at 8 PM. They still had not got this accomplished. "
