"Rooms were dirty, items left over including medication from previous resident. The parking lot was a mess and filled with people doing drugs in their cars. Rooms looked nothing like the photos, sheets stained, beds were a mess, and shower had caulking coming apart and water everywhere"

"I liked it was in a convenient location. I didn't like because the customer assistance couldn't understand me or shall I say I couldn't understand them. We hurt ourselves on the end of the bed. My husband and I I told them about it. They said oh I wouldn't recommend anyone there unless you strictly can't afford a nice room, I don't want to trash them but my experience was not great. It was a nightmare on elm Street. So after two nights of nightmare we went across the parking lot and stayed at a much nicer frontier hotel. May I say the name? Yes Fairfield inn where we became members for early check-in, they charge us $30 for early check-in and question us about our family members as we went room to room visiting each other at the nightmare hotel"
