"I love staying here, it’s my go to place. I was a little disappointed this time, stayed in room 22 on second floor. Room was clean, but the window was not able to stay open, so it was unbearably hot in the room, and just got hotter at night. It could do with at least two more plug sockets, as two were taken up by the fans we had to plug in and have on continuously. The bed was a little firm for our preference, but others may prefer that. Staff were lovely and helpful as usual. I will be returning but maybe ask not to have that room again. And I’d like to try the breakfast next time too… always smells amazing. "

"Although the hotel has the status Manor it was a bit tired in some areas. The breakfast area needed to be stocked up a few times and ran out of a couple of things. Staff mainly helpful and friendly Ordered food from the lunchtime menu when we arrived and the prawns in our food were a bit hard and the pasta was not linguine it was tagliatelle.
