"Good basic place. Helpful staff. Great location if you have stuff in the city center. The 15th floor corridor has a loud phone to call housekeeping staff. It’s annoying and disturbs one’s sleep. The hotel should find a better system to reach their staff that does not disturb its guests."

"Aura suites was a great respite from the noise, congestion and heat of Dar es Salaam. Great shower, bed, wi-Fi, tv, space. There was a safe in the room— very convenient. Nice supermarket next door. Really enjoyed our stay."

"Rooms were great. Slept well only to be woke by the housekeepings who had an office right outside our room and they were very loud so much early in the morning. We requested for a room change and it was granted with no problems. Overall. Very satisfied."
