"The staff professionalism and helpfulness were the highlights of this trip. I would like to command the staff member named Bouchra who checked us in. Her customer service was outsdanding. She went out of her way to accommodate us, made us feel like VIP. She made sure she gave us a room on time after we told her we were tired from driving. The rooms were impeccable and the view was fantastic!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Excellent Stay at Silver Lake Resort!** We had a wonderful stay at Silver Lake Resort and were very impressed with the entire experience. From the moment we arrived, everything stood out in a positive way. The property was beautiful, clean, well maintained, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Great customer service makes a big difference when you're traveling, and everyone we encountered made us feel comfortable and welcomed. One of the biggest surprises was the room. It was **much bigger than we expected**, which was a huge plus. There was plenty of space to relax and move around, and it really felt more like a home away from home than a typical hotel room. Everything was clean and comfortable, which made coming back after a long day even better. The property itself was also very nice and gave us the perfect place to unwind while still being close to everything we wanted to enjoy in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay. Clean property, friendly staff, spacious accommodations, and a great atmosphere made this a memorable experience for us. I would definitely recommend Silver Lake Resort to family and friends, and we will absolutely consider staying here again on our next trip. **Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay such a great one!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
