Kissimmee hotel guide. ResortQuest hotel in Kissimmee, Orlando

"I did the pre check in and paid $25 for early check in. When I arrived at the property, the staff at the desk told me to check in that early it would be $75 not $25. It felt like a bait and switch as I provided my credit card and the transaction was approved on their site. The hotel seems unfinished. There is a lot of good things but a lot that needs improvement. For example, they need a grounds keeper. Many dead plants. Also, cups and cans that need to be cleaned up around the lazy river. The hotel is non smoking but there were guests smoking at the pool as there was no staff to enforce. Also would be nice if they played music at the pools. The room is nice but no table of any kind so difficult if you want to eat in your room. Also lighting is poor. The bed is comfortable! The housekeeping staff is very nice. They only provide housekeeping on the third day so you have to ask for towels and other essentials when you see them in the hallway. They only give one small trash can in the bathroom so you have to put your own garbage out. Also no recycling bin. The mini golf and pickleball are great amenities. They don’t tell you beforehand that you have to provide an id at to get them at the desk. I don’t think a lot of people keep their id on them when relaxing at the pool, which is what we were doing when we decided to do mini golf. The other improvements that would be nice are to put seating at the front entrance outside for people waiting for rideshare service and microwaves."

"Very Outdated building . More of a Motel with big picture windows that look straight into the room making it impossible to keep your windows open without someone looking straight into your room unless your close the curtains. Sheets were stained upon arrival and mattress was dirty with what appeared to be food smears. Enamel in the tub was chipped and dirty. Very old bathroom. Room smelled of mold & was musty upon arrival, AC Unit faced directly in front of the bed. Very noisy when guests waked by because the rooms are open to the outside. Will never stay there again."

"The condo was clean and pe rfect for familys plenty of room . The building was quite and were facing the woods perfect for sitting out on the balcony every peace ful pools were great over all a gem to stay at"

"The breakfast menu was poor. The coffee was bad. There was a leak in the restaurant area. I ended up eating breakfast at an outside location."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Full size fridge and washer and dryer in the unit were convenient. Pools were warm and clean. Hot tubs were great for relaxing after long days at the parks. Within a half hour of the airport and all major attractions. Located on 192 with plenty of dining and shopping options."

"All the attractions close real early and they should think about opening the gym earlier or keep it up later one or the other there was a lot of smoking and I’m talking about marijuana not family friendly literally saw a man smoking at the pool the room next to me reeked of weed"
