"The property itself is quite large with many areas so if you’re wanting an onsite pool make sure you ask for that.
The rooms are ridiculous!!!
I had a 2 bedroom suite. 1 room had 2 queens and the other had a king with a massive ensuite bathroom that had a large tub, walk in shower and separate toilet.
There was a decent sized kitchen that had a washer dryer which we used daily. There was a massive dining and living area along with a screened in outdoor balcony.
Honestly the space was unexpectedly amazing!!
Shower pressure could be better but I find that to be typical with most hotels so I wasn’t bothered.
Our building was right next to the largest pool that the had on site which was great!! I did request that pool area as we were there for a cheerleading competition and all athletes were going to try and stay there so we’d be together. It was nice that my daughter and her friend that was staying with us could come and go easily and I could stay in the room and relax or get meals ready while they were roaming around our area or at the pool with their friends.
The staff were amazing!
From guest services, maintenance, housekeeping, bar and restaurant… any interaction I had was wonderful.
Just a note that many housekeeping and maintenance staff did not speak English or had limited English. It was fine for us and if I had a question we managed to get to the answer so please be patient as I’m sure it’s stressful for them to try and assist.
