"The room was in terrible conditions. Water damage, bad smell."

"Just spent one night here while visiting a nearby university. The grounds were beautiful and property was clean and well maintained. Parking on site was easy to access and secure. Due to low occupancy, the restaurants/café were not open and there was only coffee available in the morning. Had to go offsite for breakfast, which we didn’t mind. I took advantage of the huge gym on property, which was much bigger than any other hotel gym I have been to. Not much nearby but great for what we needed."

"This place needs to be closed down. The guy who runs it is a crook. He lives in the office and pretends its his job. The floor was sticky. Tv didnt work. Ac didnt work. The guy was rude and forced me to check out because i left my key to get breakfast. He yelled at me because he was sleeping, also his office. he was spying into my room. While i was in there. I overheard him talking about it. Disgusting owners and place. "

"Helpful staff, clean rooms, hot food at breakfast and plenty of tables so it’s not crowded, bar open evenings, quiet and clean. Will definitely stay here again."

"Went there for one night with my family and the room was spacious, clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. We had a very nice experience. I highly recommend it."

"Overall our stay was ok. The room needs to be cleaned better. The curtains were stained like they were water damaged, but we were on an upper floor. The bed skirt was soiled with I don’t know what and the TV was old. No streaming networks to watch if you wanted to. Getting out of the hotel parking lot, the road had very bad potholes which should be fixed. Breakfast was ok. Staff was always friendly and helpful."

"The staff at breakfast would serve the coffee once and rarely came to fill up the cups unless we asked. I feel that there is staff shortage."

"Last minute stay. Location was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Decent location- there is even a barbershop across the street. No pool which is usually a must have but since it was so last minute we took a chance and it was fine. I love that the floors are NOT carpeted. "
