"Holiday Inn express is my go to when I can’t find a Hampton Inn. This particular one in Milton is a handy location and has everything you need so there’s no complaints. My only issue is that I asked for the quietest room possible and we were on the side of the hotel where I guess the air-conditioning ..."

"The breakfast buffet was good overall, but I was surprised to find an extra charge for an omelet. I assumed it was included, and the server did not mention that it would cost extra. It would be helpful if staff informed guests of any additional charges when ordering to avoid misunderstandings."
