"Dit is geen goedkoop hotel (hadden halfpension) dus onze verwachtingen waren hoog. De kamers zijn goed en schoon. De wellness is fantastisch, aan alles is gedacht en het is schoon. Het eten is goed maar niet bovengemiddeld. Wat ons heeft gestoord is het niveau van gastvrijheid. Misschien mag je daar niet te veel van verwachten in een groot hotel als dit maar in Oostenrijk zijn we gewoon anders gewend. Diner wordt in razend tempo geserveerd, het afbouwen van het buffet (ochtend en avond) begint...

"The room is very clean and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful and has a huge variety of food. The staff does the bare minimum and don’t expect Michelin key behavior. The pool area and changing rooms had no towels. No one there to help. Called room service several times and nothing showed up. The main restaurant was closed 3 out of 4 nights and the back up restaurant was not busy, and still couldn’t accommodate basic things like cocktails or controlling coughing children from touching other...
