"Beautiful view. Very peaceful. Staff and servers were very friendly and provided excellent service. The food was very good, including the breakfast which was complementary. We really enjoyed their Beach Bar and the music. One night, the servers danced with us and we had a really fun time. The only negative, but not the resort’s fault, was the beach vendors (natives), trying to sell you stuff or services. Almost made us want to skip walking in the beach. Overall though, we’d certainly...

"Incredible location, resort, staff and food. I stayed here for 10 nights and it was perfect. The rooms are spacious with a tasteful interior equipped with air conditioning. The villas are situated in a garden with paths, overlooking the ocean on a small cliff. The staff is attentive and eager to provide excellent service. As a solo female traveler I felt very comfortable, safe and well taken care of. I highly recommend!!"

"Such an amazing place I loved coming back to a clean hotel room and the food was amazing. Cleanest hotel I’ve ever been to by far ! Beach is amazing and such friendly amazing staff!"

"We were very excited to stay at this hotel after seeing the photos, but unfortunately it turned out to be a major disappointment. First of all, there was no proper hot water in our room. Even though we reported the issue to the reception several times, it was not addressed promptly. We were eventually told that, in order to get hot water in the shower, we first had to run the hot water in the bathtub and wait. In addition, dirty water came out when we turned on the taps. There seemed to be...

"Very clean resort! Friendly staff especially Ms Tausi who was extremely helpful with our needs. We had all inclusive experience and it was great! Will highly recommend 👌"

"An absolutely amazing stay! The rooms were really nice and comfortable. The place is right on the beach (literally, you step onto sand once you enter through the gate). And I can not say enough about how thoughtful, considerate, and kind ALL of the staff are - (for example, they stood by our chairs when we left our towels etc to go into the ocean without us asking or anything!). Definitely will be recommending to all my friends."

"What an experience Special mention to Ibrahim who helped us from check in and throughout our stay. Unforgettable moments during our stay"

"Our stay at Diamonds Mapenzi Beach had several positive aspects. The location is good, the pool area is nice, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. That said, there are a few points worth being aware of. The rooms appear more worn in reality than the pictures suggest, which detracts from the overall impression. In addition, the food unfortunately falls below expectations. Considering the price, the culinary experience could have been significantly better. This...

"Il personale tutto è stato molto disponibile e professionale. Ottimi bar, colazione e ristorante. È in costruzione il nuovo bar ma la struttura avrebbe bisogno di una radicale manutenzione. Inaccettabili i frequenti black out elettrici."

"Great hotel, right on the beach (once you avoid the sellers), with great customer service especially from some of the bar staff. Also a couple of themed evenings at the hotel but I missed the Swahili night which looked lots of fun. No complaints from our group."
