"The food is fantastic. The best buffet we have ever experienced in a hotel - and we travel a lot! Also enjoyed the speciality restaurants where food and service - again excellent. The staff couldn’t be more friendly. A shout out to Nora (in Gingers) Rhoda on reception and all the pool staff - particularly the activity team - so good. Evening entertainment mainly good - particularly enjoyed the saxophonist and the high energy gymnastics. The lighting needs to be sorted as when performers used the floor around the stage it was difficult to see them. We also found our room quite dark - better lighting needed. Overall, we loved our stay and definitely would recommend "

"Enjoyed our stay within the apartments at Tembo House. We had full access to the pools at the hotel, which was where breakfast was also served & directly on the beach. Staff were very welcoming. Our rooms were quite spacious. Would recommend a stay here."

A huge shoutout to Ali, who took us snorkeling and on the dolphin cruise — such an incredible experience and he made it even better! Abba took such great care of us on the beach, always checking in and making sure our drinks were full and we were comfortable. Queen greeted us every morning and afternoon with the biggest smile — she truly brightened our days. And Steven was one of the best servers we’ve ever had — attentive, friendly, and just an all-around great person. Honestly, every single team member we came across made us feel so special. "Fantastic stay and lovely hotel. Still some building works ongoing but didn’t really impact our stay too much. Great entertainment in evening and food was good. Animation team day activities could be improved as never really tell you what’s on and where and most of the time the activities never even happen despite seeing loads of animation team around the hotel."
