"The room smells like it has a bad drainage system. Once we enter the room and it smells like the toilet has been backed up. The fabric spray provided was useless. Attitude of staff were mixed, some discrimination were definitely present. Felt harrassed by the staff to settle the bill due to deciding to have extra guest in the room which we also had already decided to pay for. "

"とても過ごしやすく清潔なお部屋でした。トイレとバスルームが別々なのがとても良い点ですね。入浴剤を持って行ったので、観光でたくさん歩いたのですが入浴で癒すことができました。2泊させてもらったのですが、簡単なお掃除道具クイックルワイパーや食器用洗剤、洗濯洗剤、清潔を維持させることができるものは揃っていたのも良かったです。現地支払いの料金はお部屋に置いてチェックアウトしました。その説明が事前には無く、少し戸惑いましたがチャットで即対応してもらうことができたので問題無く良かったです。ボイラーの音については特に気になる程ではなかったです。気になったのは冷凍庫の霜です。アイスを買って入れることに躊躇してしまう感じです。霜取りをしたらいいですね。時計は止まってましたが、特に困ることはなかったです。何より落ち着くことができ、また是非宿泊したいです。"

"Great for 5 adults to enjoy the Japanese futon beds and home. One western queen, 3 futon beds, 2 baths, kitchen, washer/dryer combo (which I did not like as the drying made everything wrinkled as if drying clothes after a wash spin cycle and took over 3 hours). Would like to have a drying rack or hangers to dry the clothes. "Beautiful house with great design in really great neighborhood. For us it was okay but the stairs were very steep so keep that in mind. The bathroom is outside so not sure how comfortable this is in the winter. But it was a nicely designed bathroom and the foot bath is a great feature after a long day of walking. "

"This place was awesome !! We stayed here for three nights and so far has been the best accommodation we’ve had in Japan so far. You have everything you need here. Kitchen, microwave, washer & dryer, even an ice machine !!! The sauna and the outdoors bath was great as well. There were some drinks in a fridge close to the sauna that were delicious. Their fridge in the kitchen was stocked up with drinks. That was a nice surprise."

"Great hotel in an ideal location. A staff member met us and took us to our room to check us in. The unit had two bedrooms and a large living room area for eating and television. Beautiful room. Great location next to a scenic temple. We had the breakfast in our room. It was tasty and a reasonable price. I highly recommend it! "

"This was such a cool spot. It is in such a convenient area with a konbini and lots of restaurants all near by. The house overlooks a school yard which is honestly kinda cool to see what japanese culture is for school kids. Its also a great view of the sunset. The homeowners were very communicative with all of our questions and very helpful. Cant recommend this property enough!"

"Empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung in der Nähe des Kiyomizu-dera. Sehr durchdachte Einrichtung. Nach Gion Zentrum 15 Minuten Fußweg. Steile Stufen ins 1. Geschoss ( Schlafzimmer und Tatami-Raum). Sehr schöner Miniaturgarten vor dem Badezimmer. Klimatisierung in jedem Raum. Die Wohnung macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Wir haben dort zwei schöne Wochen verbracht."
