"While you are updating your rooms, I was put into a room that was using the old heating system. The room was stone cold when I entered, the heater never got it warm enough. I had to sleep with my fleece vest on. There were only two electrical receptacles. Of the four outlets, three were used for appliances (good that you had those appliances), so only one plug for my stuff. Legally, I believe you need a receptacle every 6', and on every wall. Finally, the wifi kept dropping, and it...

"The view of the Klamath river was beautiful, we sat on the porch in the rocking chairs and it was very pleasant. The lobby living room area is very welcoming and spacious with coffee and tea available all day/night. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We probably had the smallest room in the place (Room 15) so the only note would be that there was no place to leave our luggage out, we had to take out what we needed and put the luggage in the closet....

"Staff at check-in was helpful. I had requested a room on the quiet side/away from the freeway, but the room assigned was on the freeway side. They quickly checked and found a different room on the parking lot side. Thank you! Unfortunately, the vent fan in the bathroom did not work! The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was typical and adequate. I stayed there for 9 days! Not once was the room serviced, the trash was never collected, towels never replaced!! I mentioned this...

"It was a nice room but on the restroom there was a nail sticking out and I hurt my foot on there I told the staff and they fixed it"

"Parking and check in was easy. Desk staff was nice and efficient. This is a very economical place to stay and it looks like it, but I haven't had any problems with security, drama, or noise outside. This is a good place to stay for the money. It is hard to give it 5 stars it doesn't really look like they are trying for that, but we've stayed their twice and I'd be very comfortable choosing them again. I do recommend if you are on a budget."

"Little food options nearby. Everything was closed (including the gas station). Mold in wall above the shower. Notified the staff about it. They acted like they did us a favor by cleaning it. No laundry facilities onsite."
