"Condition of the property was appalling. Filthy carpet in room, worn and torn outdoor carpet in outer hallway. Sheers in room were torn and threadbare. Window in room filthy. Black mold in pool. No answer when phoning front desk repeatedly late at night. Phone line crackly and barely working. Breakfast room offerings were poor. No fresh milk or cream. Few to no protein offerings. Virtual check in was efficient but very eerie. Rarely ever leave a bad review but this was egregious"

"Our room wasn’t that clean, found crumbs on the chairs and close to the fridge. We found hair in the bathroom and Ants. The bathtub was clogged, water took time to go. Sheets were clean but the couch had dirty spots. The floor was dirty too. Ice machine didn’t work. I liked the layout of the suite. My kids liked the swimming pool. Breakfast was ok."

"This is a great place for families with kids. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were very popular with the small set. As two adults we were grateful to be put in a quieter wing. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was not so great. The juice and coffee were good."

"We always stay for five days at the Plaza Inn, and we like almost everything about it! Here are some very very easy breakfast ideas to break the monotony: hash browns with AND without cheese rather than just cheesy ones; egg frittata rather than scrambled only; oatmeal in addition to Cheerios and Raisin Bran; and plain yogurt rather than relentless vanilla. We love the location, beds, showers, and quiet. Thank you."

"The room was clean, the beds comfortable. We arrived just as the front desk clerk was leaving. She graciously stayed and checked us in. The desk is unmanned after 9 pm. Our key was under the mat for our room. It would have been nice if the air conditioning had been turned on. It was 90+ degrees and the room didn't cool down until early morning."

"There was no clean towels and had to ask for them a couple of times, the floor was filthy, there was leftovers in the frig, there was no ice and no telephone in the room to reach them when there was a party of teenager drinking and fighting with their mom there. We did call the non emergency Ashland phone number and they were amazing. They came right out and took care of the issue and the room was emptied. We won't be staying there again."

"Staff weren't too knowledgeable as far as promos and discounts for frequent flyers like myself and my brother. We live out of state and granted we are only an hour away but I like to have my ducks in and row before.we get there. When I made the reservation over the phone I was told one thing (that's why we went) and then when we got there, it was a different thing. "The staff at Lithia Springs couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. We had a family emergency and they were very caring and accommodating in helping us work out a refund for one night with Expedia when they could have just told us it was too late. "Nice property"

"There was trash on the floor by the curtains when we arrived. There was only one small bar of soap to be used between two sinks and a shower. The ironing board was broken and unusable. No one came to take out the trash or replace the coffee mugs and coffee pods. Not what I expect when paying $300 a night. It was equivalent to a dirty, poorly maintained budget motel. Very disappointing."

"Wonder hotel! Very clean and charming-perfect accommodations for our visit to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Only a 7 minutes drive to the theaters. We loved the hot breakfast, pool, and hot tub. We will absolutely stay here again."
