"Excellent, first class service from our morning waitress Cresily who looked after us exceptionally well. Room was generally good but area around the outside doors to balcony was poorly maintained with big cracks around the frame. Curtains could not be drawn fully leaving a large gap at the top. Air conditioning was not working in the room when we arrived Tuesday evening and after raising this with a member of the reception staff the following morning, it was discovered there was a general fault...
