Toilet kurang bersih. Cermin bertompok & kelabu. Air dari tingkat atas menitik. Tong sampah berkulat. Towel tak disediakan. Cuma ada sabun 2 ketul. Jelas sgt bunyi bising diluar bilik. Booked hotel via hotels.com tp receptionist kat hotel kate my booking takde. Booked utk superior room end up dapat bilik twin room. Katil single 2. Harga book di hotels.com rm149/2 malam, terpaksa bayar rm180 utk bilik yg lain. Kecuaian reception terlepas pandang my booking. Remote aircond macam x berfungsi. Tekan2 nk adjust suhu sangatla susah. Shower maximum suhu panas mcm air suam letak ais.
