Great for short family vacation

Overall is OK. Get 2 free ticket to the water world. Kids really enjoy the stay. Enjoy play in the water during the day and enjoy the fun fair and light decoration during night. Only that the TV has no kids channel.

Reception area is welcoming and clean. Rooms are very small, however the beds are clean and very comfortable. Bathroom was dirty with dirty grout in shower and on floor. The bathroom door had wooden strips peeling away. Service for drinks on the alfresco took an inordinate amount of time leading to us leaving on three occasions after waiting. Guests are treated badly if ordering alcoholic beverages. Requests for additional supplies to room were actioned quickly. Room service food was average and trays were not collected from the corridor until late the following day.

I love the hotel.. staff also are very friendly, especially Fairos, a senior duty manager, very helpful greeted me everyday to make sure im ok, I will definitely be back and want to experience the theme park.

Finger Weg von diesem schrecklichen Hotel

Dieses Hotel war das schlimmste, das ich je gesehen habe. Der Name vom Hotel ändert sich ständig, weil seine Bewertungen äußerst negativ sind. Unter dem Namen i-City war dieses Hotel nicht zu finden und der Taxi hat nur dank dem Telefongespräch mit Hotel konnte feststellen, wie das Hotel heisst. Die Klimaanlagen in den Fluren und in Zimmern waren aus. Dabei draußen herrschte Temperaturen über 30 grad. Ich habe die Klimaanlage im Zimmer eingeschaltet und das Zimmer verlassen musste für die nächsten zwei Stunden um das Zimmer mit der uralten verschimmelten Klimaanlage abkühlen zu können.

ホテルは静かで良いホテルです。 ただショッピングモールのセントラルI-Cityへのアクセスは歩いて行くにはちょっと遠いです。 モール直結の遊歩道があれば...価格もリーズナブルで良いんですが。 ただ車があれば全く問題はないです。

Relax trip

Overall the hotel service is great, the food is good and location is easily accessible. The I-City theme park beside is great place for family or friends to have fun. Within walking distance there is also a mall for shopping and other entertainments.
