"I arrived at the property with an injury that made moving very difficult. We were greeted by a lovely young woman who took care of our check in, luggage, parking, ice and insured that i woul be comfortable and well taken care of. For the next 3 days we enjoyed amazing service by pleasant and unfailingly helpful staff. Couldn't have asked for more!"
"David and others were very helpful. The breakfast was very good, and they try to source with local and pure foods. This is a museum disguised as a hotel. There are ruins from the 14th century in the basement where breakfast was served. I would come back here.

"Loved everything. The breakfast is a must. The staff are sweet. The location is absolutely perfect and the rooms are very nice.
The one issue is the music in the courtyard restaurant and bar, which gets louder on Friday and Saturday night. The windows block the noise very well, so on weeknights it wasn't an issue. But Friday and Saturday they turned it up further and it interfered with our sleep. It is a pity that a 5 star hotel prioritizes the weekend fun for locals over paying travelers...
