"This hotel has one of the best staff in the whole IAH area. They are very professional and helpful, communicate well by text/email and go the extra mile to make you fell great. You really feel that your comfort matters to them. When your plane has a delay, sometimes even substantial and you arrive late at night, you can still check in with no hassle from them. They are a full A level staff and this makes a big difference. "

"My sister and I reserved a room at the last minute. We were both shocked at how clean our room was. It was also really quiet. The outdoor pool area and grounds were well kept. The road was a good distance from the hotel. You could see all the traffic but you couldn’t hear it. They also had fresh coffee and free continental breakfast. .
