De lagde mat klar til meg siden jeg skulle ankomme veldig sent - og til tross for sen innsjekk rett ved kjøkkenets stenging hadde de noe til meg som jeg kunne spise på rommet. Maten er FANTASTISK!!! Både middagen og frokosten, vinen, snacks. Dit skal jeg så absolutt tilbake til!! Eneste som manglet for min del, var klimaanlegg. "

"Die Umgebung der Unterkunft befand sich in einem älteren Stadtviertel, sicher kein kein typisches Ausflugsziel. Ein echter Pluspunkt war jedoch die Nähe zum Bahnhof – nur 7 bis 8 Minuten zu Fuß, und von dort war man im Handumdrehen im Zentrum von Potsdam. Wir würden definitiv wieder in der Pension am Filmpark übernachten. Der Vermieter war äußerst entgegenkommend, denn wir sindviel zu früh zum Check-in angereist. "Die Wohnung ist großzügig und sehr gut aufgeteilt. Die Einrichtung ist stylisch, kreativ und ganz gemütlich. Es gibt eine moderne Waschmaschine mit Kurzprogramm, ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen und alle notwendigen Küchengeräte. Das Geschirr ist sehr schön. Das sind die positiven Punkte. Die Einrichtung (besonders in der Wohnküche) ist schon sehr stark abgenutzt und teilweise defekt. Vieles sieht auch einfach verbastelt aus. "Surpassed my expectations. Stayed at the Maxx for a mini conference and was significantly impressed. My room was on the top 4th floor which provided a great view of the rooftops on Potsdam. Everyone and everything with the Maxx went well: clean room and hotel. Attentive staff. The best location in terms of Sanssouci Park, area restaurants, and easy accessible to the tram or buses. "
