"The room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I found a razor in front of the TV from previous guests, which raises concerns about whether the room was properly cleaned."

"I understand the property is under some improvements at the moment. The room they gave us for three nights was about halfway remodeled. It was also very dirty for Marriot standards. I did inquire about a different room and they stated there were none available. They also told me the room I was in was already remodeled. Beware of the photos, the outside is not the same building and the rooms will look similar, but may not have all amenities listed. "

"Kind staff, nice perks like Coffee, Tea,Cookies, Bagged Breakfast as well as a hot breakfast buffet. Bottles of water at check in. Clean, plenty of parking. "

"The King bed suite was perfect for two. Small but the space is laid out very well. Very clean, seems almost brand new. Great value. Isolated but still very close to I-77 and everything needed on Gilead Rd. Highly reccomended!"

"When we travel to Florida this property is our first overnight stay. We travel with our Golden Retriever, room is always clean beds are comfortable and the staff is always friendly. Stayed on February 28th on the way down and May 9th on the way back. We have done this for 7 years now. Mac’s restaurant is right next door for an added bonus!"

"Great place to stay in the Lake Norman area. There was a lot of road construction in the area that caused congestion and couldn't access sidewalks so you really can't leave the hotel on foot, but that's not the hotel's fault. Fresh coffee in the lobby at all times and very clean. I'll stay here again."
