"The pool and hot tub were closed, dogs running around in the lobby, we asked for a handicap accessable room and received one for a hearing impared. Without the grab bar in the bathroom my wife hurt her foot and we had to leave at day early."

"The heat fan in my room was stuck on all night. Heat and fan were shut off in the thermostat but fan just kept on rumbling. Mattress was very hard. Can’t even use the word firm. Felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Other than that, the hotel was clean and staff was pleasant."

"Very close to Shenandoah National Park entrance and near everything in Front Royal. On site Thai restaurant was delicious, reasonably priced, good service and late hours just perfect after a long drive. We were so happy they were still open and could have a few drinks and walk to our rooms! Complimentary hot/cold breakfast also on site. Rooms were clean, spacious with comfy bed. Outdoor pool on site. Convenient place to stay. Very nice staff. Front Royal has a nice Main Street to explore,...

"This B&B has been by far the loveliest, friendliest, cleanest with staff so eager to please. The rural area was so peaceful and relaxing with views of black angus in the fields. Winchester close with quaint shops. The food at the Inn was excellent. "

"Initially when we reviewed the pictures of this property it really looked good! The packing lot area looked very clean and the picture of the bedroom looked nice! But once we walked into our room # 109 it was a total disaster! The room has a closed up / mold smell and the carpet is very dirty, both of the windows curtains didn’t close properly and there is a cold air draft along the floor area, I did notice form along the entire baseboard area of the room. "There was a mouse in the room. I watched it crawl across the couch and run across the floor. Not once but twice! I left the hotel afterwards and was told by the hotel I had to reach out to Expedia to receive a refund. I contacted Expedia which then said they had to contact the hotel. I was told I would not receive a refund. Absolutely disgusting and wrong!!!!"
