"The staff was downright disrespectful. We went to the dining area, and at first, they told us to sit at a specific table. Then, while we were still in the middle of our meal, they came over and rudely told us to get up and move — without any explanation, and in a very unprofessional tone. The breakfast was a joke. "The property is fantastic for a family with kids. They have a pool, a small playground, there’s a small market with all your grocery needs. It felt safe, the little homes had all the essentials you need even AC and heat. There’s a shuttle that takes you to and from Venice, that you can easily book at front desk or once you check-in. We were really happy with our stay, the staff were kind and helpful. The only thing that was challenging, the wifi didn’t work for us at all. We did check with the staff and they directed us to restart our phones, which we did multiple times. We understand it’s out of their control. So just keep that in mind when booking!"
