"Lovely hotel staff all friendly except one would wouldnt let me in my room to leave my luggage until i put deposit down for my dogs which where in my car also i wasnt aware of spa and other things in hotel"

"It was a nice hotel and staff were nice but unfortunately we didn't get a lot of sleep due to a large amount of children from a dance group running up and down the corridor outside the rooms and loud and boisterous until quite late in the evening around 1am . There was also another incident in the room accross which went on continuously throughout our last night there. Unfortunate that these incidents caused our stay to be not the best. "

"Room was clean. Breakfast was pricey but good. Rooms were older- no smart TV or central AC. Further from the city center than we thought. The bus goes straight there but it takes 45 mins. "

"The room was clean The hotel bin was very small, couldn’t fit much inside There was hair found in the shower drain. On the balcony there was rubbish and used sock left behind a previous person. Which caused us to not use the balcony. Unable to use the swimming pool and gym due to the opening hours "

"Wonderful location and property. Staff were so attentive, greeting us you upon arrival and throughout our stay. They went out of their way to ensure we were having a great stay. Super clean, comfy beds, great food, amenities walks, views, such a wonderful place. I was only booked for three nights and ended up staying for 6, ha ha....be back again on my next trip"
