Homewood Suites by Hilton Hamilton, Ontario, Canada
10/10 Excellent
"This property was simply great. Myself & 3 staff stayed in one of the 2br/2bath rooms. Bed for each of us. No fights over the bathrooms. Common living room/kitchen area to talk shop. Secured underground parking for the rental car. Walking distance to the Convention Center. Breakfast had eggs, ham, toast, yogurts, fruit.... a bit of everything to suit everyone. Could not have asked for a better place to stay."
"The breakfast was good, and Heather the Kitchin Attendant was helpfull freindly not to mention pretty, should of asked her for her# lol,But overall i stayed at almost all hotels in Simcoe i think i like this one best.Curtis"
"This is absolutely the most deplorable and disgusting hotel I have ever stepped foot in. Everything is broken, old, rusted, filthy, and completely unacceptable. No words can describe how unsuitable these conditions are for any human being to sleep in. I had to leave immediately after arriving because it was that bad.
I booked four nights through Expedia for a work trip and spent a significant amount of money, only to walk into horrible living conditions. The photos online look nothing like the actual room. The entire property felt neglected, dirty, and poorly maintained.
To make matters worse, the staff were extremely rude, dismissive, and unpleasant to deal with. The woman working nights was especially hostile and made an already terrible experience even worse. Instead of trying to help, they refused to provide any refund despite the unacceptable conditions. Unfortunately, Expedia also refused to issue a refund.
This was honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a hotel. I strongly believe Expedia should remove this property from their website because it is completely misleading and unfit for guests. I will also be reporting this hotel to the health department and every appropriate authority responsible for allowing businesses like this to continue operating. (Attached Photos)"
"The breakfast selection was great, room was mostly clean, staff were phenomenal, parking was limited but the hotel staff did try and help and the hotel itself was cleaned very nicely. "
"Nice hotel, location not that handy, but ok if you have a car. Rooms a bit dated but clean. We bought breakfast at the restaurant and this was very good."
