"The hotel situated just outside Harare centre has an excellent ambience with a central coffee/snack bar and well kept gardens around the small outside pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the beds were comfortable. There were a few maintenance issues with our room, but nothing to detract from the comfort of our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again for our return visits to Harare"

"I was not able to stay here. The hotel was not where it said it was and did not exist. I tried to contact Expedia but just got circular bot garbage and disconnection. Finally Expedia just ghosted me. Never did they offer any other accommodation or my money back. And once disconnected, even though they knew definitively I could not stay there, it was though my problem vanished, and they made no further effort to compensate me in any way. I want my money back and I don’t think I’ll ever use their...
