"It says it's breakfast, but there was no breakfast. Then I already paid for 6 people to be in one room with two beds, but the sheets were not clean, but they just told me that I couldn't have my special needs kids with me, just one then for them to charge us extra for the same guest we put down already and to find big dead bugs that look like tick on the side of the couchand also for us to come into the room hot no ac on till we came in that we had to turn on."

"Arrived to a sleeping staff member at check in, room had hair on both bed sheets, a dirty tooth brush left in bathroom, no lock on bathroom door, phone not working to call front desk and no hot water through the night and morning. I’ve never been so unhappy with a stay. This was not by far cheap to stay so not sure what is happening but would not recommend or return to this property"

"The property was under construction. We were able to get a room that had just been renovated. Things in the room were incomplete and looked rushed. Wish I had known the building was under construction. I would have chosen something else."

"The outside landscaping is very nice. The carpeting inside this hotel are filthy. They need a redo! The carpet in my room was filthy. The light switch when you first enter the room only works if you slam it with your fist. The bed was comfortable enough. The pillows were good. The shower head is all the way toward the wall and if you turn the shower head to the center it gets on the floor. Towels were great. Heat/AC worked well. Room was pretty clean except for those carpets. I did...
