"Apart from my room which was warm and comfortable but lacked a bath towel, with only a shampoo and a very little round soap being provided, the whole place seemed sad and lonely. The Reception was poorly lit and signed, and was cold and damp; I appeared to be one of only two guests staying on the Saturday night and the guests in the room next to mine kept their television on until 5.15am and periodically seemed to drop something heavy on the floor. "Cheap but cheerful, nice clean room with basic refreshments. Suited my needs great for an overnight visit. Staff were very friendly"

"Limited parking on a main road, however, staff assisted me in finding a place which was secure. Room was clean and tidy with TV and drinks making facilities. All in all a good place to stay near the Peace Hall and Shay stadium. Also close to centre of town."

"Room was clean and well equipped. Shower screen was coming off its rails but this did not effect the shower itself. The wifi network given did not exist. Phone support were really helpful when I had a query about check in.. "

"Didnt even get to the property. Wrongly advertised as having free parking. The manager refused to help as unaware to me there is a £100 deposit. Until i paid this . Even though I paid for the room he would not give me any details of the location. So held to ransom . He was polite but unhelpful. I chose this property exclusively because of parking as I cant walk distances and especially with a suitcase. Im still trying to get my money back "

The bedding was crisp and comfortable, and housekeeping clearly paid attention to detail throughout the space.
