"Great location and very updated property; but bring or use ear plugs with the heat or a/c unit going because it's system is very loud and will keep awakening you. Instead of a ductless quiet system despite the expensive rate to stay at the hotel, the hotel chooses to use a wall unit which is like staying at a Motel 6 or quality inn without the discount."

"I stay at Grouse usually in the fall for hockey. This was my first time staying in May. The largest draw to this hotel is their hot-tub and sauna. It was not advertised until check in that they were doing remodeling on that area so it’s closed until June. The onsite restaurant is a nice benefit to this place however the walls are notoriously thin at this hotel and the air conditioner does not keep the room cool enough as it’s very outdated. "We really enjoyed our stay. There were enough of the basics, towels etm. Loved the little kitchenette and, medium sized refrigerator, they gave us increased options."

"Everything was perfect. 10/10. Hotel is clean and beautiful. Gives you that lodge feel. Only about 20 minutes from the west Glacier entrance. Buffet breakfast every morning. Coffee all day. Complimentary cookies in the afternoon. Two wonderful ladies at the front desk who are so kind and helpful! Hot tub and pool open until 10pm. Room was spacious and clean. "Clean newly decorated rooms. Mattress was very comfortable, very nice shower with thick towels. No carpet on floors so pretty noisy from the upstairs. Request upstairs and your noise issue should be solved. BUT they do have ear plugs and a noise machine in the rooms. We used noise machine and it sure helped with the loud upstairs guests. Would stay again."

"This is a nice, new hotel that's close to the main street in Kalispell. The rooms were nice, but one side of the bed did not have any plugs or USB outlets on the night table. Having an actual working fan in the bathroom would be nice. The breakfast was ok (first time I've seen small bottles of chocolate milk at a hotel breakfast buffet) but it should have some more options for pastries and cooked items."
