"It is a nice location. Housekeeping never came by, No one on staff at 6 pm could replace the bathroom light that didn't work. Had to go with no light in the bathroom for the whole night. When they did fix the bulb the next day, the light fixture wasn't cleaned of dead bugs. The air conditioner is so loud in the bedroom that we had to turn the volume on the television to the maximum volume."

"The staff was friendly, but we didn't get room service any of the days we stayed (we were there 4 nights and did not ever have a do not disturb sign on the door). By the third day we were promised our room would get cleaned but it never did. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet, the pool was indoor and nice."

"The staff are very personable and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We love how the room Is organized. There is a sitting area, a desk with a chair on wheels, a big TV, black out curtains, lamps and tables on BOTH sides of the beds. The coffee pot and mini frig are located in a cabinet with doors that close. There is place to lay the suitcase for convenient access. There is a thermostat on the wall to control the temperature. "The hotel was a pleasant surprise. We came from a hotel that was terrible, and I wasn’t sure how this one would be. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean and they had a lot to offer for breakfast. It’s dinosaur themed, so kids would love it. The hotel is a little dated, but everything is kept very clean. I didn’t use the pool or the gym so I cant comment on the amenities. I would definitely stay there again."

"Wow. This hotel had no blankets for the beds, no towels for the bathroom, had dirty sheets on the bed, no tv remote, no lamp shades on any of the three lamps, smells funky and the staff was only semi-apologetic. The front desk guy was okay but unreachable when the people next door cranked their music and partied until 5 am. We got no rest and left feeling dirtier than after a 10 hour road trip.
