"Don't think twice about booking! The room was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. It is in a great location, lots of food choices nearby, and about a 10 minute walk to the pier. Loved the amenities to include the use of their bikes. I would not hesitate to book again."

"First room we were given, the A/C was broken. Second room had no trash can, no coffee maker. One of the TVs didnt work. Old sheets were left on the pull out couch matress. No replacement sheets or pillows. We were there for 2 nights and not one time when we left did room service come in and clean. Ive stayed in much better rooms for $120 a night for sure. Hallways and elevators smelled like weed. Flies and misquitos all inside the hallways. "

"Online it says “cats and dog allowed.” My partner and I drove 8 hours to have a weekend in Charleston, and when I went to check in and mentioned having a cat, the front desk woman immediately shook her head and said “no ma’am, no cats.” Despite point out that I booked this place specifically for this reason, she said the owner of this particular location does not allow cats. The website needs to be updated ASAP - my partner and I were scrambling to find a last minute place with a reasonable...

"Enjoyed the location. Staff friendly and helpful. My room had a bad smell maybe due to 4 legged guests. I was offered a new room. Overall I would stay again. I felt safe as I was traveling solo."
