"Upon arrival everything looked ok and our room looked nice. We had been in the heat all day and just looking forward to getting showers and resting. Shower gel was completely empty, but front desk sent more quickly. Found several pubic hairs in the shower and hotel never acknowledged by message about that. "I was very disappointed with my stay. The bed sheets smelled strongly of urine, and my room was only cleaned once during my entire stay. There was also a heavy cigarette odor throughout the property, making it unpleasant for families. The carpet in the room was extremely dirty so much so that I did not feel comfortable letting my one-year-old walk on it. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the hotel did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend it for families with young children....
