"We booked two carriage house rooms for a long weekend and it was amazing. Let's start with the location. White Point Garden is directly across the street. It is an easy walk to the Battery. About a mile to Pineapple Fountain, etc. There is plenty of street parking (permit provided on check in) so you could park and walk almost anywhere. Or catch the free Dash bus nearby. "You can't beat the location for the price. You're pretty much in the heart of anything you'd want to do in the main hub of Charleston. If you're like me, you'll appreciate being able to park you car on site (there's a fee per day that I can't remember, but it wasn't outrageous) and not having to do valet each time. I find that super convenient as opposed to parking in a garage or further down the road, in case I need something from the car. It was a quick trip for me, as I only stayed 2...

"I like the convenience of the location and my family like the sweets (candy and cookies) and wine and cheese hour. Wish they would restock on busy nights for wine and cheese/cookie hours because some nights selection was pretty small after only a few minutes. The room was decent but the bathrooms could use some updates. Staff was okay not overly friendly (went to breakfast across the street and the Copper staff was so welcoming). Location though again was great."
