"Clean room, stocked with beach and bath towels. Bed and pillows were surprisingly very comfortable allowing for a great night sleep. Bath had a personal jacuzzi tub. Their outdoor jacuzzi along with their spa robes felt like a luxurious experience at the spa. The wife and I bought a wine bottle, and their front desk provided the cork opener and glasses. Breakfast was a homier version of a hotel's continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and offered golf cart rides to the local beach."

"We loved a one night stay at Riverside cottages. We were there for a graduation from college of Charleston. And our whole family had a beach house at Folly Beach so we decided to just rent one of the bedrooms in the cottages. It was very pleasant. Everything was clean a good night sleep. "I enjoyed my stay it's just waiting for an hour or so after the expected check in time was an inconvenience. I was celebrating my birthday and would love to stay again. But an efficient check in time would be preferred than waiting for hours after. I should have received a discount for the night but none was offered"

"There isn't enough to justify complaining, but there also isn't enough to justify praise, hence the OKAY rating. Cost was too high for what was being offered, 10 years ago this would have been a $100 hotel stay, not $250, so the price went up but it's still a $100 hotel stay, take what you will from that."

"We had the best time on our girls trip. The rooms are huge and we absolutley loved the breakfast each morning. Either delivered to the room or delivered to the rooftop. Happy hour and cookies and milk were a perfect touch. The staff was super helpful and accomodating. Super Clean, great rooftop and beautiful facility!"

"We had a suite which had nice kitchen amenities and two TVs. Unfortunately, only one of the TVs would work consistently well. We had a balcony with a very nice view, the breakfast was great and changed abit every morning. However, there was no stopper in the bathtub, so I could not take a bath (only a shower).
