The elevators were out of order many times during our stay resulting in our family, including a child with an ankle fracture, having to walk up 8 flights of stairs multiple times. The bathrooms have no ventilation. There is no furniture on the balconies. Overall, I will not be staying at Tides again. "

Got a good spot upon arrival, but we were hesitant to drive for fear of losing a parking spot on a street with few first come street parking. "Booker beware! They overbooked and when we arrived we were informed they didn’t have our reservation available. We had pre paid through Expedia had nowhere to stay and it was an absolute nightmare trying to get a refund. Shaunte at the front desk was incredibly rude. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Even though it may be inexpensive, please please don’t book this hotel it is not worth it. Spend your money elsewhere. "

"Staff was super nice. My room was comfortable and clean. It's an inexpensive hotel so expect that it lacks things like coffee makers. My only real complaint is not about the property itself it's the location. While it is convenient to get to Folly Beach and Charleston there are very limited restaurants in the immediate area even to grab something quick unless you want McDonalds which is next door. "Everyyhing here is broken, elevator, ice, pool all out of order. Room was clean but bathroim had stains everywhere. Shower valve was puy in wrong so only a luke warm shower both days. People hanging out in parking lit at 4am when i left."

"Our experience at French Quarter Inn was fabulous!! We had two spacious rooms that were very clean and were serviced twice a day. We were amazed by the amenities. The continental breakfast and nightly wine and cheese were included. The staff hospitality was the best part. The front desk ladies greeted us with warm welcomes and glasses of champagne.
