"Hi Cheryl, a lot I say a lot of 1 to 5 star hotels. This is right up there on a five star hotel Taylor at the front desk could not have been more sweeter or kinder if she tried she was an ultimate bomb excellent employee.. "We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. All the staff was very friendly and really focused on our needs. It truly seemed like their goal was to make us happy and our stay memorable. Our room was spacious and clean. The following morning we had a hearty and delicious breakfast with home cooked favorites such as scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and many more. "I had high hopes for this stay, but unfortunately it did not meet expectations. The front desk staff was very nice and quick, which I appreciated, but the room itself was not clean. The towels were stained and had visible dirt/marks on them that made me uncomfortable using them. The bed sheets and bed cover had hair, stains, and some holes.
